Features

  • Sound Therapy

SoundRelief sound therapy is scientifically proven to reduce tinnitus severity. Used daily for a minimum of 5 minutes, two-thirds of users experience an improvement in their tinnitus within the first month. SoundRelief is CE approved and is available on iOS and Android devices.

  • Daily Diary

Tinnitus affects everyone differently and unique triggers can exacerbate tinnitus. The Daily Diary is an easy to use tool, helping you monitor your tinnitus and identify triggers. This information helps you and your audiologist make smarter decisions about your care.

  • Monthly Tinnitus Tracking

Monthly tinnitus tracking complements the Daily Diary in building a long term view of your tinnitus. The SoundRelief Monthly Tracker uses the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) to see the impact of tinnitus on your life over a longer period of time.

Technology

SoundRelief is a tinnitus sound therapy and management app developed by and for people who suffer from permanent tinnitus. Sound therapy is a type of sensory training aimed at modifying the brain signals associated with tinnitus. Two-thirds of people who use SoundRelief on a daily basis will experience a reduction in their tinnitus within the first month. This was proven in a clinical study of 300 people. SoundRelief provides an option for those looking to try a non-invasive treatment at no initial cost from the comfort of their own home.

World Tinnitus Day

Tinnitus is a global health issue, and one that is affecting increasing numbers of people every year. Although some treatments exist, many patients and doctors are still unaware of the treatment options available for people who have tinnitus.

World Tinnitus Day is a global initiative bringing organisations and the public together to educate and raise awareness of tinnitus. SoundRelief is the creator and main sponsor of the annual event.
